Specialist Faculty
Our exceptional faculty has superb experience preparing students for the University of Cambridge International Examinations ('CIE') O and A-Level examinations. Each is a specialist in their subject and all attend regular Cambridge workshops and complete on-line professional training courses with Cambridge examiners to keep them current with the latest CIE developments.
Individual Attention
Courses are taught through an interactive approach. Students are encouraged to actively participate in lessons and teachers know each individual student's strengths and weaknesses. Our teachers use a combination of motivation, encouragement and confidence-building to enable our students to achieve their best. Small class sizes ensure that all students enjoy personal attention. Where a student needs additional help, teachers are available outside the classroom.
Learning Support
The school arranges extra support lessons in most subjects for students facing difficulties. Teachers are available after class to help students through any problem or difficulty. Unlike common practice at some schools of students being given leave after the 'mock' exams, our faculty continues teaching up until the day of the Cambridge Exams, to polish the students' skills and give them the required confidence to perform at their best.
Teaching Assistants supplement our regular classroom teaching. They give important support in most subjects on a one-to-one basis with students to overcome any weaknesses or gaps in learning. This is a successful learning tool for reinforcement of concepts.
