The Bay View High School O-Level Programme has been running since 1994. It offers a well-rounded O-Level Programme that incorporates a wide-ranging academic education with integrated co-curricular activities. The Programme is tailored to build and improve upon the student's existing knowledge and skills, and to provide a foundation for future success both in and outside the class-room.

All students are expected to join at least one co-curricular society or sports team. O-Level students are given the opportunity to participate in the same activities and societies alongside A-level students. O-Level students at Bay View High School are consequently able to participate in activities not normally available to O-Level students elsewhere – for example national Model United Nations competitions. The co-curricular programme is carefully tailored to supplement and fit alongside the O-Level academic time-table.

The School continuously reviews and improves the range of subjects offered at O-Level. We follow Cambridge International Examinations Board ('CIE') for all subjects. The School currently offers the following subjects at O-Level:
