'Bay View has to be one of the best experiences I have had in terms of schooling. Since it has a smaller student population it is easier to get involved in any activities you are interested, without the worry of the excessive competition. It also means there is a smaller class size so every student gets the extra attention from the brilliant teachers in employ here. Bay View let me be the head for several different clubs, every idea or plan did not fall on deaf ear, it was encouraged and all help was given to make these ideas into realities. These especially helped out when it came time to apply for universities. Many achieve excellent grades but very few have great grades, achieved by the help from the teachers, accompanied with over the top extra-curricular which tends to give a person that edge and helps them shine. This made my decision for which university to attend harder, not due to the lack of choices but instead due to the several choices from some of the best universities in the world. I am currently in attending at the University of Waterloo studying Chemical Engineering, to show that Bay View definitely made a difference can be shown by the fact that I was awarded a scholarship of distinction for having a 95% above average in high school along with several extra-curricular activities.

'I was a student at Bay View High School for 10 years. As I reflect on those years, I can confidently say that they were pivotal and seminal years of my life. I managed to establish a strong relationship with my teachers many of whom I consider friends. I cherish the fact that I made many lasting friends. Even now, as a university student, I have a strong urge to visit Bay View every time I return to Karachi because it brings back happy memories. Bay View is and always will be my second home. They believed in me!'

'I joined Bay View High as a nervous 17 year old; nervous to be put in a completely new environment, surrounded by strangers. But I left Bay View High as a confident 19 year old; confident enough to face new challenges and different people as Bay View had equipped me with the appropriate skills to do so. I also felt very remorseful at my departure from Bay View; which though once strange, now felt like my home, pardon the cliché. The people who were once strangers were transformed in to best friends and respected teachers. My recollections of Bay View are filled with warm memories and much cherished laughter and learning.
I am right now in Institute of Business Management and am pursuing a Bachelors degree in Media Studies as I discovered my interest in this field in Bay View. As the head of the drama club and the media society in Bay View I was granted many opportunities to ascertain my aptitude for this field and was also put in such circumstance, which allowed me to hone, by talents.
I am very grateful to the people in Bay View High and will always think of them in the highest regard.'

I was ensured individual attention when needed for my studies, entrusted with various positions of responsibility and was given numerous opportunities to be involved in extra-curricular activities ranging from editorial to charitable projects. New ideas were always welcomed and supported, giving a real sense of belonging to the school. All this placed me in good stead for the tougher years ahead.'
